Refund Policy for Labdh

 

Introduction: At Labdh, we strive to ensure that our customers are fully satisfied with their purchases. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a comprehensive refund policy to address your concerns.

Eligibility for Refund:

  • Products must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags intact.

  • Refund requests must be made within 15 days of the delivery date.

  • Customized or made-to-order items are not eligible for refunds unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Process for Requesting a Refund:

  1. Initiate a Refund Request:

    • Provide your order number, the reason for the refund, and any supporting documentation (e.g., photos of defective items).

  2. Return Authorization:

    • Upon approval of your refund request, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to return the item.

  3. Returning the Item:

    • Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including all accessories, tags, and documentation.

    • Clearly mark the RA number on the outside of the package.

    • Ship the item to the address provided in the return instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or an incorrect item was sent.

  4. Inspection and Approval:

    • Once we receive the returned item, it will be inspected to ensure it meets our return criteria.

    • If the item is approved, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is processed.

Refund Method:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

  • For credit card payments, please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect on your account statement.

  • For other payment methods, processing times may vary.

Non-Refundable Items:

Damaged or Defective Items:

  • We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, including return shipping costs for defective items.
